Service Year Resolutions
As we enter into this new year, we approach the halfway point of the service year. With service experience and wisdom from 2022, our members reflected on what they’d like to continue to do and what they’d like to change for this next part of their service journey.
My service resolution for the new year is to enjoy the individual service projects I do throughout the year and think about the positive impact I'm hopefully having on people's lives.
My service resolution is to continue being resilient and reaching out to coworkers for support when I need it.
My service resolution is to continue to support my community expressing their ideas to make the world better.
My service resolution is to continue advocating and finding resources for those I serve that otherwise wouldn't have; being more intentional during interaction with them.
My service resolution is to get to know my students more individually to create more of a personal relationship with them. I also want to take more of the teaching skills that I have learned and incorporate them into my lessons.
My service resolution is to continue with the same energy that I started the service year. The winter break slowed my tempo but looking forward to getting back into routine.
My service resolution is to [cultivate] confidence, and patience with students.
