Hartford &

New Haven, Connecticut

Hartford and New Haven are multicultural cities that have a variety of educational needs. Fewer than 45 percent of students entering the 9th grade in Hartford's public schools graduate from high school. Our service opportunities focus on programs to motivate and support children in being successful in school. Members work with children, new parents, adults living with HIV/Aids, families of the incarcerated and those in re-entry programs. Spanish speakers are most welcome here!
